Domestic (USA) Customers

I am delighted to offer pre-paid shipping labels for returns and exchanges of any helmets, apparel, and accessories shipped within the US.

Any item purchased from bikepretty.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. All returned or exchanged items must be received unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. 

We do not charge a restocking fee. Bike Pretty will not refund the cost of shipping.

International Customers

International shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Duties and taxes, and any other fees are not included.

Customers outside of the USA are responsible for paying any duties and taxes related to the delivery of their order. I am unable to offer returns and exchanges to customers outside of the US. Please keep in mind that all prices are in USD.

Canada Post has lost thousands of dollars of packages we have attempted to send to Canadian addresses so we no longer use their service. We encourage you to contact Green Street in Peterborough, ON for their inventory levels.
