Shipping policy

Orders over $155 ship free within the United States! All other shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Normal shipping times are between 7 and 15 business days for shipments within the US.

If you do not receive your shipment during that time, please contact info@bikepretty.com with your order number.

 

International Customers

International shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Duties and taxes, and any other fees are not included.

Customers outside of the US are responsible for paying any duties and taxes related to the delivery of their order. We are unable to offer returns and exchanges to customers outside of the US. Please keep in mind that all prices are in USD.


Customers in Canada: Canada Post has lost thousands of dollars of packages we have attempted to send to Canadian addresses so we no longer use their service. We encourage you to contact Green Street in Peterborough, ON for their inventory levels.

Customers in Europe: we recommend that customers in Europe order from our Denmark-based friends at Yakkay.com.
