3 Ways to Get Leopard Print Style on Your Bike
Last month I shared a lesson: leopard print style can help you stay safe on your bike. Or at least get you noticed. Which is nearly the same thing, right?
Here are three more ways to introduce this hi-visibility pattern into your commute.
1. Leopard Print Unitard, $31.57 - $59.99
Teacher's pet Kelly went for extra-credit by wearing a leopard print unitard (like this one) while whilst commuting through London. Not only did she attract the eyes of every motorist and pedestrian, she was also photographed by a trend spotter! Check her out on Glamour's street-style blog.

Remember Dolce & Gabbana's ultra-luxe leopard print bicycle? I don't know if any were actually available in stores, despite igniting the passions of millions of bike-fashionistas.
Fortunately Bobbin Bicycles has issued the Birdie in a spotty leopard edition called Safari Print. Don't get too excited, it's a very limited edition. But theoretically, you should be able to buy one in London for £590.
3. Leopard Print Helmet, $75
Closer to home, I was able to pay a quick visit to the Nutcase Helmet offices while I was in Portland recently. While there, I flipped out over this adorable Pink Cheetah Leopard Matte Bike Helmet. Just add the optional removable visor, and you've got lid as chic as this one from Sawako Furuno for half the price.
Bonus: Equestrian Helmet Cover, $19.95
This cover is made to go over helmets specifically engineered for horse-riding (don't buy a horsy helmet for biking!). But the stretch material could maybe, possibly, kinda fit over a round bike helmet like a Bern, Nutcase, or Giro. Just e-mail Joyce from Helmet Covers Etc. to tell her it's for a bike helmet and that you would like the visor included. At that price, it's worth experimenting.
