It's refreshing because American girls are always straightening their hair. In France and Italy, women and girls – even men and boys – wear their curls untamed. Otherwise her outfit is quite pulled together. Her lipstick matches her beret (yes! French people really do wear berets all the time). And her belt, handbag, and shoes match her bike and digital camera.
