Tweed Run 2013: Stylist Karina Tanabe Jones

Tweed Run Mystery Woman is Stylist Karina Tanabe Jones
An intriguing figure emerged from Kelly's reporting on the London Tweed Run 2013. At first known only by her armband: Number 320.
Photos from the ride show her with the lovely London representative of Tokyo Bikes.
Her outfit draws you in. The fur collar, the black and white bouclé tweed jacket. Golden tan knickers made of – is that leather? And you're left wondering what is behind her perfectly round sunglasses.
At the base, she repeated her main colors in the winning combination of argyle socks and high-heeled T-strap sandals. Yet the entire outfit is not so matchy-matchy.
Her plum cloche is decidedly not the same shade as her crimson gloves. That's how you know she's more than a casual lover of costumed bike rides.
Another tip-off: Kelly identified her as the same woman in this photo by The Sartorialist.
And then Kelly made a positive ID: Karina Tanabe Jones is an Anglo-Japanese fashion stylist working in London. You can find her crazy-cool editorial work here. Read her On The Cusp interview here.
